Where Every Bite Feels Like Home!

 

Our story began right here in Buena Park, CA — in a kitchen filled with love, laughter, and the unforgettable aroma of our mom's cooking. You know that one friend's house everyone loved to visit because their mom really knew how to cook? That was us. And our mom? She was that mom. To this day, friends still say, "Your mom's adobo is the best!" She was the go-to chef for every party, holiday, and celebration. Leftovers? Not a chance. People were calling dibs on to-go plates while they were still eating!

Opening a restaurant wasn't part of our parents' original plan. But in 2003, they found a cozy little spot — and it just felt right. We all knew our mom's cooking was too good not to share. Manila Grille is our family's labor of love — a true mom-and-pop spot where every dish is made from the heart and tells a story. And thanks to the incredible support from our community (and everyone who kept saying, "You need a second location!"), we're proud to announce our new home in Anaheim, CA! Still family-owned, still cozy, and still serving the flavors you love — plus a few new favorites (ask about our #1 seller: Crispy Pata!). Whether you're stopping by Buena Park or Anaheim, you're more than just a guest — you're family. It's like a meal at Tita's house… and you know you won't leave hungry.
